$1 fee for DVDs
The Board of Trustees has implemented a $1-per-disc charge for DVD loans. The terms of DVD borrows are now as follows:
Monroe Free Library patrons:
* $1 per DVD title
* no limit to number of DVDs (other than overall total-item cap)
Patrons of other RCLS libraries:
* $1 per DVD title
* One 'new release' DVD at a time
* No limit to number of older DVDs other than overall total-item cap)
There are no exchanges or refunds.

Holiday donations of toys and food
The library is a drop point for the Marine
Toys for Tots Foundation, and is also accepting donations for the
food pantry of the First Presbyterian Church of Monroe. Your food donations and (new, unwrapped) toys will be donated to needy families in Orange County.
